Don't build a team.
Rent ours.

Full-service marketing for nutra launching from zero - supplements, weight loss, peptides, beauty and sports. Every channel is open to you, which is exactly why the first month decides it: you have to find the angle before you can scale it, claim review shapes every asset you produce, and a winner is dead in four days. You get a nutra-native launch team - offer to reorder - live in days.

Month one is not scaling. Month one is finding what scales.

Why launches miss their window

The launch math is brutal: hiring is slow, vendors don't sync, and the window doesn't wait.

5 mo

Strategist, buyer, designer, analyst - by the time they're onboarded, the window's gone.

How we run it

Your first two weeks with us

A launch sprint, not an onboarding quarter. Everything moves in parallel - here's the sequence.

Days 1-3 · Strategy sprint
One workshop locks positioning, offer, GEO plan and budget split. No six-week discovery - decisions, in writing, day one.
By 72h · Creative batch
Statics, video and UGC briefs ship in parallel with strategy - moderation-proof for your vertical, ready to test, not to admire.
Aa
Before ads · Tracking wired
Click-to-LTV analytics, postbacks and CRM live before the first dollar of spend - launch day runs on data, not vibes.
Week 1 · Channels go live
Paid and KOL fire together - ads, creator posts and community beats hit in one wave, not one channel at a time.
Daily · Launch war-room
One Slack channel, daily numbers, budget shifted to what converts. No weekly PDF - you see what we see.
Always · One launch lead
A strategist who owns your number end to end - and answers for every specialist on the team. No ticket queue.
Cases

Nutra launch targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. Nutra is one of the few industries here where the track record is the vertical itself - weight management is our own live case at $512K in spend and x2.58 return. The first-90-day targets below are extrapolated from that work plus the account discipline behind the pharma case, and they sit below it deliberately, because a launch cohort is always more expensive than a scaled one. They are targets for your offer, not results already booked. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Nutra: what we would target in the first 90 days
Supplements · TARGET
Zero to a subscription that holds
$40-90K/mox2.0-2.6 ROAS+
Task
Find the angle in the first month, then get enough of the launch cohort to a third order that the CAC stops being the problem.

What we would run
  • Offer, price ladder and claim boundaries agreed with your counsel in week one
  • Thirty-plus assets in the first fortnight, tested in small cells before anything scales
  • Subscription, dunning and creative-level LTV wired before the first rebill
Weight loss · TARGET
Launch an offer without losing the account
$60-150K/mox1.9-2.4 ROAS+
Task
Take a brand-new account from zero to real spend on angles that hold up without a single before-and-after, and keep it alive while that happens.
Modelled on $60-150K/mo · first honest read at 45 days

What we would run
  • Claim framework signed with your counsel before a single asset is written
  • Account, domain and page structure built assuming one of them goes down this quarter
  • Rebill and dunning live before launch, because a declined card is the cheapest churn to fix
Sports · TARGET
Trial demand a retail buyer can see
$25-55K/mox2.1-2.7 ROAS+
Task
Launch with a trial that converts to the tub, and build enough proven demand in ninety days to walk into a retail conversation.

What we would run
  • Batch certification and the trial offer built as the positioning, not as a footnote
  • Paid, athlete and gym seeding and ingredient-led search launched in the same week
  • Reviews and reorder flows running from the first shipment, so month three is not empty

Pharma - compliant launch
$62Kx4.17 ROI+
Task
Drive qualified consultations for a licensed online pharmacy brand - within platform health-ad policy. Same constraint every nutra account runs into: creative has to clear a reviewer who has seen the angle a thousand times, and one rejection too many takes the account with it.

The questions you're actually asking

How fast can we actually launch? +
First creatives are live within 72 hours of kickoff; the full stack - tracking, funnel, paid, KOL, community - is typically running inside two weeks. Heavier builds (PWA, PR embargoes, exchange timelines) get scheduled in the launch plan so nothing blocks the first wave.
Do we still need to hire in-house? +
Not for the launch. We cover strategy, creative, paid, KOL, community, PR and analytics - you keep product, payments and support. Later, we either keep running growth or help you hand it to an in-house team without losing the playbook.
What does this replace? +
Roughly six hires or three agencies: strategist, designer, media buyer, KOL manager, community manager, analyst. One retainer instead - and it scales up or down with the launch phase, which a headcount never does.
Do you actually work in gray-area verticals? +
Nutra is not adjacent to what we do - it is one of the two verticals we have published numbers in. Weight management is our own case at $512K in spend and x2.58 return, and the pharma work sits next to it, where holding a policy-safe account together is the entire job. What changes on a launch is the order of operations. Meta, Google and TikTok all run nutra, so nobody needs help finding a channel. The first month is finding the angle before you scale it, agreeing claim boundaries with your counsel so creative stops going back for rewrites, producing enough assets that a four-day lifespan stops mattering, seeding creators and affiliates who will not touch an unproven offer, and building the subscription, dunning and chargeback machinery before the first rebill rather than after the first dispute. Peptides we treat separately and will say so on the call - the positioning is narrower and we would run it as a test before quoting you a number.
How is pricing structured? +
One retainer that scales with the launch phase: heavier through the sprint, lighter once you're live and stable. You always know what next month costs - no six invoices from six vendors.
What do we need to bring? +
Product access, payment rails and whatever brand assets exist - even if that's just a logo. Strategy, creative, channels, tracking and the team are on us. The kickoff checklist takes about an hour of your time.
Can you work with our existing team or agency? +
Yes. If your media buyer or designer is strong, we build around them and fill the gaps. The only non-negotiable: one launch plan, one owner of the number - that stays with us.
What happens after the launch? +
Your call: we keep running growth on the same team, or we hand everything off - playbooks, accounts, creatives, dashboards - to your in-house hires without losing what worked.
