Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & KOL marketing for alcohol & spirits - spirits, wine, RTD, craft beer and D2C. Creators are genuinely permitted here, and a code is worthless when the bar or the retailer rings the sale. So we buy a bartender risking his own menu on you, and count the pours off the till.

Everyone reports reach. Nobody reports what left the shelf.

Why flat shoutouts fail

Reach without a verified audience and a tracked deal is just a screenshot. Here's the gap.

92%
act on a recommendation
Word-of-mouth still beats every ad format - a KOL is word-of-mouth at scale.
49%
of followers can be fake
On accounts that bought growth - you pay for reach that never existed.
67%
of KOL budget is wasted
On unvetted audiences and flat-fee deals with zero tracking.

71%
of buyers trust creators

A vetted creator on CPA often beats cold paid social on cost per signup.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

What we did
  • Audience audited on age and on the markets your distributor actually covers
  • Bartenders paid against a menu listing and a pour count, not against a photo
  • Age-gated partnership ads behind the cuts that worked, fenced to the postcodes around the bar

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in gray-area verticals? +
Alcohol is one of the few industries on this list where creators are genuinely permitted. Meta and YouTube carry drinks with age gating in the markets that allow it, and short-form creators carry the category even where an ad account cannot, so an agency telling you this is a banned vertical has not worked in it. The gray part is everything the permission does not cover. The audience has to be old enough and in a market you can legally sell in, the script cannot read as an invitation to drink more, the creator's back catalogue becomes your brand-safety problem the day you book them, and the post has to end in a pour or a case off the shelf, which is the part nobody counts. So we audit on age and geography before the rate is agreed, write the brief with your compliance lead rather than after them, and tie the deal to something checkable - a pour count off the till, a locator action, a claimed allocation. Our published track record is in verticals with the same mechanics - nutra, where creator volume runs under claim review, and sportsbook, where age-gated streamer activations have to scale into a weekend and come back down.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
