Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for senior living & care - assisted living, memory care, independent, in-home and skilled nursing. A real caregiver-creator audience exists here and none of it fills a unit. What a creator moves is who a family trusts enough to tour, so that is what we buy and price.

No creator fills a unit. What they change is which names make the shortlist at all.

Thin for families and we will say so. Where it works is the professional room - long-term-care operators, gerontology, policy and the discharge and case-management community who decide half of your skilled nursing admissions. Worth stating plainly: LinkedIn is the bigger professional room and we book those voices alongside, it is simply not one of the six cards below.

Telegram
Narrow in North America and we will not dress that up. It is a working room in two places: closed family caregiver groups organised by condition, and the diaspora groups where somebody is arranging care for a parent in another country and needs to know what a month actually costs.
See the case →
Meta
Facebook is the room. Caregiver support groups run to tens of thousands of adult children, organised by condition and by county, and the members moderate them harder than the platform does - a post that reads like a brochure gets taken apart by the group, not by review. Instagram carries the nurse and dementia-educator audience.
See the case →
YouTube
Where a decision this size gets researched. A family watches a full uncut tour, a month inside memory care and somebody else's invoice before anybody picks up the phone, and a film like that keeps producing tours a year after upload.
See the case →
Twitch & Kick
Not a senior care channel and we will not sell you a package on it. Two uses are real: reaching the caregivers, CNAs and activity staff you cannot hire, and dementia fundraising streams that build genuine local goodwill without booking a single tour. We would rather say that than invoice for it.
See the case →
TikTok
A large and fast-growing eldercare audience - working nurses, dementia educators and adult children mid-decision - and the format genuinely suits the job, because most of what a family needs is vocabulary. It will not fill a unit this week. It decides whether you are believed before the search starts.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.

Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Senior care creator targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No senior living or in-home care creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - partners paid on the conversion that carried the money rather than on reach, and creative that had to clear a reviewer before it reached a buyer. The units differ across the three cards on purpose, because a tour attended, a move-in deposit and a caregiver who takes the job are three different results. The volumes are small in all three, and that is the honest shape of this market rather than a caveat - there are not fifty caregiver creators in your county. The two real cases sit underneath with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Senior care creators: what we would target
Memory care · TARGET
Nurse and educator voices, measured in tours attended
$4-9K/mo$150-450 per tour attended+
Task
Use eldercare nurses and dementia educators to answer the questions a family has not learned to ask yet, and count the tour somebody attended rather than the reach a rate card claims.
Modelled on $4-9K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result

What we would run
  • Creators audited on who is actually watching and where they live before anyone is booked, since a large audience in the wrong county is worth nothing here
  • Briefs built on staffing, routine and what a level change costs, never on anything that implies something about the person watching
  • Two to four creators live at a time rather than a roster, because there are not more than that worth booking in one catchment
Assisted living · TARGET
Family creators, measured at the deposit
$5-11K/mo$650-2.2K per move-in deposit+
Task
Commission adult children who have already moved a parent in to show the month honestly, and pay on the deposit rather than on the post.

What we would run
  • Consent from the resident and the family agreed in writing before a camera comes out, and other residents kept out of frame unless they ask to be in it
  • The hard week left in the edit, because the version without it is the version the caregiver groups do not believe
  • Tracked links per creator and the deposit read back from your records, so a flat fee is never the whole deal
In-home care · TARGET
Caregiver voices, measured in caregivers hired
$3-7K/mo$130-500 per caregiver hired+
Task
Fill the care roster through people already doing the work, because caregivers available is the ceiling on everything else you can sell.

What we would run
  • Working caregivers filmed on a real shift with the client's consent, rather than national eldercare personalities talking about the sector
  • Pay, shift minimum and the cover arrangements said out loud on camera, since that is the entire difference between two agencies
  • Day-30 retention reported per creator, so a voice that recruits churn stops getting rebooked

Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Senior care sits in the regulated half of our book rather than the restricted half, and on a creator page that matters far less than the audience does. So here is the honest position. Measured on direct conversion this is one of the weakest creator markets we sell. There is a real and fast-growing caregiver-creator audience - adult children documenting the care of a parent, eldercare nurses, dementia educators - and it is genuinely reachable, but a creator does not fill a unit. What a creator changes is who a family trusts enough to tour, and we would rather write that down than imply move-ins. It is still worth doing, and the reason is commercial. The referral aggregators standing between you and the family charge 90 to 120% of a first month's rent per placement, a fee size the Washington Post has reported, and they hold that demand because a family believes a third party ahead of a brochure. A creator is the only surface that competes on the same ground. Two disciplines carry the work. Consent comes first, since the subject of this content is usually somebody who did not choose to be on camera - residents and families sign before filming, nobody's diagnosis goes on camera, and other residents stay out of frame unless they have asked to be in it. Credibility is the other half, because a family can tell inside ten seconds whether the person filming has ever moved a parent, and a brief asking for praise buys a comment thread arguing with you in public. On the platform side there is one documented point and we keep it narrow: Meta classes health-related data as a data source category carrying additional data sharing restrictions and publishes only that specific mid and lower funnel events are affected without naming which ones, so when a creator's cut runs as a partnership ad we assume the platform's own count is short and read the tours and move-ins out of your records instead. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise: Investment Platform, where the conversion that paid arrived long after the click, and Pharma, where a reviewer read every line before a buyer did. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
