Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for education - universities, private K-12, vocational and trade, language schools and online degrees. Applicants do not believe your prospectus and they do believe a second-year with four thousand followers. We book current students, alumni and subject creators, audited against the source markets you actually recruit from, on deals tied to applications rather than to views.

Reach is free to celebrate. Only the ones who apply fill a cohort.

Why flat shoutouts fail

Reach without a verified audience and a tracked deal is just a screenshot. Here's the gap.

act on a recommendation
Word-of-mouth still beats every ad format - a KOL is word-of-mouth at scale.
49%
of followers can be fake
On accounts that bought growth - you pay for reach that never existed.
67%
of KOL budget is wasted
On unvetted audiences and flat-fee deals with zero tracking.

71%
of buyers trust creators
Your audience trusts a creator's word over a brand's ad copy.

A vetted creator on CPA often beats cold paid social on cost per signup.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Education targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No education creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanics - partners paid on the conversion that carries the money rather than on reach, and a budget that had to land against a date somebody else set. The units are creator-programme units, and they sit at or under the numbers on our paid-media page for the same niches. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Education creators: what we would target
Universities · TARGET
Current students, measured in applications

Task
Turn current students and recent alumni into the answers applicants are already searching for, and count applications rather than views.

What we would run
  • Audience audited on source market and age before anyone is booked
  • Fees, scholarships and outcomes reviewed before filming, because the institution owns the claim
  • Tracked application links per creator, wired into the same report as paid
Online degrees · TARGET
Alumni outcomes, measured in enrolments
$6-14K/mo$310-750 per enrolled student+
Task
Use graduates who did it while working full time to reach people deciding whether they realistically can, and pay on the ones who start.

What we would run
  • Graduates recruited and consented properly, with the ones who deferred or dropped included
  • Real weekly hours stated on camera so the wrong applicant removes themselves early
  • Start of study confirmed in the student system as the paid event, never the enquiry
Language schools · TARGET
Source-market voices, measured in bookings
$5-12K/mo$180-380 per direct booking+
Task
Build direct demand in the countries students actually come from, so agents stop being the only channel and stop setting your price.

What we would run
  • Creators booked in the source markets themselves, filming in the language of the buyer
  • Level test and weekly price stated in the content, because the mismatch is what kills the review
  • Direct share tracked as a headline metric, not just total bookings

Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same mechanic an admissions office runs on, with one more gate in it: enquiry, application, enrolment. Task
Acquire bettors for a new sports-betting brand across tier-1 EU. Scale FTDs around big fixtures without blowing up CPA. Same constraint an intake runs into: the date is set by somebody else and the entire budget has to land against it. A week late on a matchday is a wasted week. Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Education is not a restricted category, and creators here fail for reasons that have nothing to do with policy. The first is geography: an institution recruits from a specific set of source markets, so a large audience in a country you cannot issue visas to is worth nothing, and the audit is geographic before it checks whether the engagement is even real. The second is age: a creator whose audience is fourteen is the wrong buy for a postgraduate programme and the right one for a school open day, and rate cards never make that distinction. The third is timing, because this sector runs on deadlines nobody can move, and views that peak a month after the closing date bought you a nice screenshot. There is a real compliance edge too - a student talking about fees, scholarships or outcomes is making claims your institution is answerable for, so briefs get written and reviewed before anyone films. Our published cases are in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise. What transfers is booking partners on an application rather than on reach. On the call we will tell you which of your current student ambassadors we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
