Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for manufacturing & industrial - contract manufacturing, industrial equipment, components & parts, automation & robotics and industrial services. There is a real and enthusiastic audience here and most of it is hobbyists: a channel with half a million subscribers can contain almost nobody able to raise a purchase order. We book creators audited on who actually buys at plant scale, briefed to run the thing on camera rather than praise it.

Reach is easy to buy here. A purchase order is not in the room.

Design engineers, maintenance leads and the trade press argue about tooling here, and one bad thread costs a supplier a specification. Worth saying plainly: LinkedIn is the bigger room for this buyer and we run it alongside - it is simply not one of the six cards below.

Telegram
Thin in North America and Western Europe and we will say so. It is genuinely useful in the industrial markets where it is the default - sourcing groups in Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Gulf and parts of Asia, where a private channel shortlists suppliers before an enquiry is ever sent.
See the case →
Meta
Instagram and Facebook carry the trades far better than a marketing meeting expects. The groups built around one specific machine or control system are where maintenance people ask each other what to buy, and that is a buying conversation with no vendor in it.
See the case →
YouTube
The one that matters. A machinist or maintenance engineer running your equipment on camera keeps producing enquiries a year after upload, and it is the only place a forty-minute setup gets watched to the end.
See the case →
Twitch & Kick
Not an industrial channel and we will not sell you a package on it. The two honest uses are a live build for a tooling brand and reaching apprentices and young techs who never open a job board.
See the case →
TikTok
Short-form plant-floor content reaches a real trade audience and almost never a purchase order. Its two honest jobs here are recruiting skilled staff and putting a part or a machine in front of the engineer who will later ask procurement for it.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Manufacturing targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No manufacturing creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic - a funnel where the cheap first conversion was worth nothing and only the second gate paid, and partners paid on the conversion that carried the money rather than on reach. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.

Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same arithmetic a manufacturer runs on: the cheap first conversion is a form fill and worth nothing by itself, and the whole budget is justified by the few that reach the second gate - a funded account there, an issued RFQ here.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Manufacturing is not a restricted category, so none of this is about clearing review, and we would rather say that than imply a policy problem you do not have. The problem here is the audience. There is a large and genuinely enthusiastic industrial creator scene and most of it is hobbyists, so a channel with half a million subscribers can contain almost nobody able to raise a purchase order. The audit therefore asks who the audience works for and at what scale before it asks whether the engagement is real. After that comes credibility, because this viewer can tell inside ten seconds whether the person on camera has actually run the machine, and a brief asking for praise buys a video the comments take apart. We brief tests, setups and teardowns with the failures left in. There is also a safety dimension nobody mentions until it goes wrong: a video filmed with the guarding off is a video your own legal team will make you pull, so that is agreed in the brief rather than discovered in the edit. Our published cases are in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise - what transfers is booking partners on the conversion that carries the money rather than on reach. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
