Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for professional services - accounting and audit, management consulting, insurance brokerage, architecture and engineering, and wealth advisory. Your buyers do follow people, just not the people an influencer roster will sell you. They follow three practitioners, one association and a podcast nobody outside the sector has heard of. And in the regulated corner of this list, a paid endorsement is a testimonial, with everything that implies for your compliance officer.

The most valuable creator in your firm is a partner who has never posted.

The people your buyers actually read

X (Twitter)
Thin for most of this sector and we will say so plainly. It does carry tax, audit and policy commentary where a specialist builds real standing. The room your buyers are genuinely in is LinkedIn, and we run it alongside - it is simply not one of the six cards here.

Telegram
Narrow, and where it works it works properly: closed groups of brokers, cross-border and expat advisers, and construction and engineering procurement chatter in specific markets. We check whether yours exists before selling you anything on it.
See the case →
Meta
Rarely where a mandate starts and often where a founder-led firm becomes locally known. Instagram carries small-business owners looking for an accountant far better than any B2B roster will admit.
See the case →
YouTube
Where the technical explanation gets watched to the end. A partner walking through a real filing, a real declined claim or a real cost model keeps producing enquiries for years, and it is the one place a forty-minute answer is an asset rather than a problem.
See the case →
Twitch & Kick
Not a professional services channel and we will not sell you a package on it. The one honest use is recruitment, because graduates and early-career hires watch these people and your intake problem is real.
See the case →
TikTok
Short-form tax, insurance and money explainers reach small-business owners and younger clients in real numbers. Wrong room for a six-figure mandate, right room for a growing practice, and off the table entirely where testimonial rules apply.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.

Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Professional services targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No professional services creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanics - partners paid on the conversion that carries the money rather than on reach, and creative whose limits were settled before a word of it was written. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.

What we would run
  • Audience audited for buyers rather than students or peers before anyone is booked
  • The firm named as the source of a technical answer rather than as a sponsor
  • Accepted engagements read back from practice management, so a voice is judged on work won
Management consulting · TARGET

Put a partner in front of the small number of shows and newsletters a buying committee genuinely reads.

What we would run
  • Shows and newsletters chosen on who subscribes, never on a download count
  • The partner booked as a guest with a real method to show, not as a sponsor read
  • Tracked links per placement, so a mandate a year later still points at the right slot

What we would run

  • No performance figure and no outcome claim in any asset, including the replies in the comments
  • Investable-asset band qualified before the meeting, so the diary fills with clients the firm can take on

Task
Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same constraint a partner-led firm buys against: the enquiry costs nothing to give and is worth nothing to have, and the whole budget is justified by the few that reach the second gate - a funded account there, an accepted engagement here. It is also the case that taught us to stop optimising towards the cheap first conversion.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Professional services is not one of Meta's Special Ad Categories, so nothing is stripped out of your targeting, and creators here fail for two reasons that have nothing to do with reach. The first is regulatory and it catches firms out constantly. In wealth advisory a paid endorsement is a testimonial, so it carries whatever disclosure, record-keeping and oversight testimonials carry in your regime, and a creator who improvises a performance claim on camera has created a problem for your compliance officer rather than a lead for you. We treat the sign-off as part of the brief and we keep the dated record, because the file matters as much as the content. The second reason is that the audience is small and specific. The three practitioners, one association and one podcast your buyers genuinely read are worth more than any roster of generalists, and around half the time the strongest voice available is one of your own partners, who costs nothing and has never posted. We will tell you when that is the answer rather than sell you a programme around it. Our published cases are in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise. What transfers is paying partners on the conversation that turns into work rather than on views. On the call we will tell you which of your current voices we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
