Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.

Legal is not one of Meta's Special Ad Categories, so the targeting is intact. The restriction that matters for creators is the one most agencies have never read: in most jurisdictions a lawyer may pay for advertising, but paying somebody for a personal recommendation is a different thing entirely, and it is the firm rather than the creator who answers for what gets said. So the brief comes before the booking and your bar counsel reads it before anyone films. After that it is the ordinary creator problem - inflated rate cards, audiences sitting in states you are not admitted in, and engagement that turns out to be a pod. We audit all three before you pay. What transfers is the mechanic of paying creators on the conversion that matters rather than on reach, under wording a reviewer has already cleared. First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.

Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
