Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for law firms - personal injury, mass tort, immigration, family and criminal defence. This is the one channel where your market will listen for nine minutes instead of nine seconds, and also the one where a paid post puts the firm rather than the creator in front of the bar. We run audited creators on briefs your bar counsel has read, tracked through to signed cases.

You are answerable for what they said. Not them.

Why flat shoutouts fail

Reach without a verified audience and a tracked deal is just a screenshot. Here's the gap.

Word-of-mouth still beats every ad format - a KOL is word-of-mouth at scale.
49%

On accounts that bought growth - you pay for reach that never existed.
67%

On unvetted audiences and flat-fee deals with zero tracking.

A vetted creator on CPA often beats cold paid social on cost per signup.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Legal targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No law firm creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic - creators and copy paid on a downstream conversion rather than on a post, under wording a reviewer had to clear before anybody saw it. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.

What we would run
  • Audience audited for the states and languages you are actually admitted to serve
  • Bar number and admission date published in the post itself, because verification is the conversion here
  • Creators paid on attended consultations rather than on views
Personal injury · TARGET
Attorney creators paid on signed cases

Use explainer creators to reach people before they ever search, and pay on the retainer rather than the view count.

What we would run
  • Every brief read by your bar counsel before filming rather than after upload
  • Disclosure and paid usage rights agreed in the same contract as the fee
  • Signed retainers attributed back to the creator that produced them

What we would run
  • Rights and stop-and-search explainers rather than firm promotion, because promotion does not get saved
  • Every answer cleared before filming, since a wrong one on camera is the firm's problem
  • Assets licensed for paid reuse in the same deal, so the winners run as ads afterwards

Investment Platform - YouTube integrations
$435Kx3.14 ROI+
Task
Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same constraint a firm buys against: the enquiry is free to give and worth nothing to have, and the entire budget is justified by the handful that reach the second gate - a funded account there, a signed retainer here. It is also why the click can cost what it costs.

Task
Drive qualified consultations for a licensed online pharmacy brand - within platform health-ad policy. Same constraint mass tort advertising runs into: the copy is read by a reviewer long before any claimant sees it, so the offer has to be built out of process and proof rather than out of the outcome everybody instinctively wants to promise.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Legal is not one of Meta's Special Ad Categories, so the targeting is intact. The restriction that matters for creators is the one most agencies have never read: in most jurisdictions a lawyer may pay for advertising, but paying somebody for a personal recommendation is a different thing entirely, and it is the firm rather than the creator who answers for what gets said. So the brief comes before the booking and your bar counsel reads it before anyone films. After that it is the ordinary creator problem - inflated rate cards, audiences sitting in states you are not admitted in, and engagement that turns out to be a pod. We audit all three before you pay. Our published cases are in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise. What transfers is the mechanic of paying creators on the conversion that matters rather than on reach, under wording a reviewer has already cleared. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
