Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for home services - HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control and locksmith. Working techs run big, genuinely engaged channels, and hardly anyone watching them lives in your service area. So we buy what creators here actually deliver - the techs you cannot hire and the local trust you have not earned.

Nobody watches a video and then has a burst pipe. The tech you cannot hire watches every week.

Who watches your trade, and what that is worth

We don't "find influencers" from scratch. We keep vetted creator rosters per regulated category - people who run these exact offers and know what passes.

Thin for homeowners and genuinely alive for the trade itself - engineers arguing about code and refrigerant, supply house talk, manufacturer reps and the operators who refer each other work. Its honest jobs are employer reputation and reaching technicians who are already employed somewhere else. Nobody books a repair off this platform and we will not price it as though they might.

Telegram
Narrow and useful in two specific rooms. Closed installer and subcontract crew groups are where working technicians and spare capacity actually get found, and in the markets where the building or neighbourhood group is the local room, it carries a recommendation better than any advert does. We treat it as a recruiting and community surface rather than a broadcast one.

Meta
The town group is the asset here, and it sits on Facebook rather than Instagram. Neighbourhood pages and the thread where somebody asks who to call are the closest thing this industry has to local trust that scales, and they are also the fastest route a bad job takes across a county, so the audit reads the comments before it reads the follower count.

YouTube
Where the real trade audience lives. A technician walking a diagnosis, a failed install being stripped out, a hard commissioning job. It brings skilled people to you for years after upload and it earns you referrals from other operators, but the viewer is in thirty states you do not cover, so counting this channel in booked jobs is how the budget gets wasted.

Twitch & Kick
Not a home services channel and we will not build you a package on it. The one honest use is the seventeen-year-old choosing between a degree and a trade, which is the apprentice intake nobody else is competing for. If hiring is not your bottleneck we say so and the money goes to YouTube.

TikTok
An enormous trade audience with almost no local overlap. Its honest jobs are recruiting, employer brand and short local proof - the technician who gets recognised in his own county - and a studio finish kills all three. The hiring cut and the local cut are two different edits with two different offers.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Home services creator targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No home services creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - one where partners were paid on a funded outcome rather than on the post, and one where the audience had to turn up on a fixed night. The units are deliberately hires, retained trainees and attributed calls rather than a booking count, because a trade channel's audience is national and the diary a creator can fill is your interview diary before it is your dispatch board. Both cases underneath are real, and they carry their own verticals and figures. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Home services creators: what we would target
HVAC · TARGET
Trade channels, measured in technicians hired
$5-12K/mo$500-1,900 per technician hired+
Task
Turn working-technician channels into licensed people who actually start, on a surface where the applicant has already seen the pay bands before he fills anything in.
Modelled on $5-12K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result
$500-1,900 per technician hired

7-11%
Applicant→hired
$500-1,900

What we would run
  • Channels audited on trade, licence class and where the audience can realistically commute before anyone is booked
  • Briefs built on pay bands, the on-call rota and the van policy rather than on the brand
  • Hires attributed per creator, with applications reported beside that number and never instead of it
Pest control · TARGET
Route technicians you train yourself
$3-8K/mo$300-1,100 per trainee past probation+
Task
Reach people not yet in the trade, and count only the ones still on the route after probation rather than everyone who filled in a form.
Modelled on $3-8K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$300-1,100 per trainee past probation
$18-45
Cost / trade application
4-6%
Application→past probation
$300-1,100
Per trainee retained
What we would run
  • Apprentice-age audiences and local trade voices rather than national personalities with the wrong postcodes
  • One honest day on a route filmed in full, including the parts of the job nobody posts
  • Probation retention wired back per creator, so a channel that recruits churn stops getting rebooked
Plumbing and drains · TARGET
Local voices, and a small honest number
$3-7K/mo$220-700 per attributed booked job+
Task
Build recognition in the towns you actually cover through homeowners and local pages, and be straight that this is the smaller half of what creators do here.
Modelled on $3-7K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$220-700 per attributed booked job
$70-180
Cost / attributed call
26-32%
Call→booked job
$220-700
Per booked job
What we would run
  • Audited against your catchment first and against engagement second, because reach outside the drive time is worth nothing to a van
  • Real jobs documented with the quote and the final invoice side by side, published in the town groups rather than on a brand page
  • Calls tracked per creator and reported against the board, with the honest expectation that this card carries recognition rather than volume

Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. The same trap a phone line sets: enquiry volume was cheap and told us nothing, and the account only worked once bidding answered to the gate further down - a funded account there, a ticket a technician actually closed here.

$240Kx2.95 ROI+
Task
Acquire bettors for a new sports-betting brand across tier-1 EU. Scale FTDs around big fixtures without blowing up CPA. The same clock, with one thing that makes it harder: a freeze or a hail storm creates a week of work nobody scheduled, and the crews who could not get to it cannot catch up on it afterwards, so the budget has to follow the weather rather than the month.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Most of home services is not a restricted category, and the one corner that is shows up here as well as in the ad account. Google requires advanced verification for locksmith and garage door repair in the United States, and for locksmith in Canada. Locksmith ads do not run at all in Spain, Germany, Sweden and Belgium, and in the Netherlands that also covers plumbers, which matters the moment you whitelist a creator's video and run it as paid. The bigger question on a creator page is who is actually watching. This industry has one of the best trade creator scenes anywhere - working HVAC engineers, plumbers, roofers and pest operators with large and genuinely engaged channels - and almost none of that audience lives inside one operator's service area. So we will not tell you creators are going to fill the board, because demand in this trade is created by something failing in a house rather than by a video. What this surface delivers reliably is skilled technicians, which is the constraint most operators actually have, and local trust in the rooms where somebody asks who to call. Credibility is the other half of the job. A technician can tell inside ten seconds whether the person on camera has done the work, and a brief asking for praise buys a comment section correcting the method. Two rules are set before filming rather than discovered in the edit - a price or a guarantee said on camera by somebody you paid is your claim and not theirs, and nothing gets filmed that an inspector would fail. Our published creator work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise - Investment Platform, where partners were paid on a funded outcome rather than on reach, and Sportsbook, where the audience had to be there on the night. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
