Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for private aviation & marine - jet charter, aircraft sales, fractional and jet cards, yacht charter and yacht brokerage. Most creator budgets in this category buy aspiration, and aspiration does not transact. The audiences that matter here are small, specialist and mostly professional - and two of the six platforms below do not reach your buyer at all, which we say on the card rather than in the small print.

Millions of views from people who will never charter anything.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Private aviation targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No private aviation or marine creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanics - a conversion that arrived weeks after the click, and partners paid on the event that carried the money rather than on reach. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Aviation and marine creators: what we would target
Jet charter · TARGET
Specialist channels measured in flown charters
$5-12K/mo$800-3,200 per flown charter+
Task
Use specialist aviation channels and trade voices to produce enquiries from people who actually charter, not people who watch.
Modelled on $5-12K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$800-3,200 per flown charter
$160-380
Per qualified enquiry

Enquiry→flown
$800-3,200
Per flown charter
What we would run
  • Audience audited on who is genuinely in it, with lifestyle reach discounted to zero
  • Enquiry path set to a call or a document request rather than a bio link
  • Flown charters attributed per channel in the CRM, because the click and the flight are months apart
Yacht charter · TARGET
Channels that survive the provisioning question
$4-10K/mo$1,200-4,600 per booked week+
Task
Commission walkthrough content that answers the whole cost before a first-time charterer drops out of the conversation.
Modelled on $4-10K/mo · first honest read at 120 days
Target — not a delivered result
$1,200-4,600 per booked week
$190-460

Enquiry→booked week
$1,200-4,600
Per booked week
What we would run
  • Crew, cabins and the real running costs filmed, with owner approval agreed before filming
  • Published inside the booking window for that cruising ground rather than year-round
  • Broker-sourced and direct enquiries attributed apart, because they pay differently
Aircraft sales · TARGET
Walkthroughs that keep converting for two years
$6-15K/mo$6-22K per closed transaction+
Task
Put one asset in front of the few dozen credible buyers for that type, and keep it converting long after the campaign ends.
Modelled on $6-15K/mo · first honest read at 180 days
Target — not a delivered result
$6-22K per closed transaction
$380-780
Per verified buyer
3.5-6%
Verified→closed
$6-22K
Per transaction
What we would run
  • Records and specification filmed openly, because that is what a buyer is actually watching for
  • Usage rights bought upfront so the film runs as paid against a named buyer list
  • Description links tracked, so a transaction closing two quarters later still attributes

$435Kx3.14 ROI+
Task
Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same problem a charter desk has: the enquiry costs real money and proves nothing, while the only event worth bidding on sits weeks later inside a CRM - a funded account there, a flown charter here. Train the account on the early one and it optimises for noise.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Private aviation and marine is not a special ad category, so nothing here is a policy problem. Creator marketing fails in this vertical for a simpler reason: the audience that admires your product and the audience that buys it are almost entirely different people, and rate cards are priced on the first one. A luxury lifestyle account with two million followers delivers reach that cannot transact, and the cost per qualified enquiry in this category is high enough that it shows up immediately. So the audit is about who is genuinely in the audience rather than how many, and we will tell you when the answer is nobody. Two of the six platforms in this deck fall into that category and we say so on the card instead of quietly selling you a package. The second constraint is discretion. Clients here will not be named, principals will not be filmed, and an owner can refuse to approve a finished film, so consent and approval routes are agreed before a camera is switched on rather than after. The third is time - a walkthrough film converts over two years, not two weeks, so the tracking has to outlive the platform's attribution window. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
