Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for self-serve & product-led SaaS - freemium tools, subscription apps, prosumer and AI tools, metered products. Nobody here calls a salesperson, so the demo is a creator using your product on camera. We buy the long demo that ends at a paywall, not the mention that ends at nothing.

Nobody has ever bought software because a stranger said they liked it.

Where builders, designers and prosumer users argue about tools in public and where one launch thread can carry a fortnight of signups. It rewards a receipt - a bill, a config, a before and after - and takes an opinion apart in the replies, which is why a flat sponsored post here reads as an advert inside two words.

Telegram
A real surface on this list rather than an afterthought. AI-tool, developer and trading-tool channels shortlist products inside a closed room before anyone opens a website, and it carries genuine weight in Eastern Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, the Gulf and parts of Southeast Asia, where the buyer pays by card and speaks to nobody.
See the case →
Meta
Rarely where a tool gets discovered and very good at not being forgotten while somebody is still on a free plan. Instagram and Reels carry creator-tool and subscription-app demand better than a software media plan expects, and it is the cheapest place to reach a trial that has stalled.
See the case →
YouTube
The workhorse of this whole page, by a distance. A creator finishing a real job in your product for twenty minutes stands in for the sales call nobody will ever take, it keeps producing paid signups a year after upload, and it is the one surface where a viewer watches somebody cross a paywall and decides to do the same.
See the case →
Twitch & Kick
Thin for most of this list and we will say so. Two uses are genuinely real: a live build with a developer or AI tool while chat tries to break it, and reaching somebody halfway through learning a craft who will pay for the tool that serves it next year. For a subscription app or a metered product we would move the budget to YouTube and say so before you booked.
See the case →
TikTok
Enormous reach and a short memory. It works where the job is visual and the payoff lands in eight seconds, which covers subscription apps and creator tools and covers a metered API not at all. The honest test is whether your product can be understood with the sound off, and we will tell you when it cannot.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Self-serve SaaS creator targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No self-serve or product-led SaaS creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - partners paid on the conversion that carried the money rather than on reach, in a subscription where the renewals and not the first charge decided whether any of it worked. The units differ across the three cards on purpose, because a paying subscriber, a payer still there at day thirty and a paid seat in a crowded category are three different businesses. Both real cases sit underneath with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Self-serve SaaS creators: what we would target
Prosumer and creator tools · TARGET
Long-form demos, measured in paying subscribers
$6-15K/mo$65-245 per paying subscriber+
Task
Turn twenty-minute demos into people who cross a paywall, on a surface where the viewer has already watched the job being finished before they click anything.

What we would run
  • Creators audited on billable geography, audience seniority and whether they can afford the plan they are recommending
  • Briefs written as one real job finished on camera, with the confusing parts left in rather than edited out
  • Creators paid on subscribers who keep paying, with views reported beside that number and never instead of it
Mobile subscription apps · TARGET
Creator cuts, measured at day thirty
$8-20K/mo$32-126 per payer at day 30+
Task
Fill a subscription app from creator surfaces and count who is still paying a month later, on a platform whose own reporting will not name the video that caused the charge.
Modelled on $8-20K/mo · first honest read at 45 days
Target — not a delivered result

$1.60-4.40
Cost / install
3.5-5%
Install→payer at D30
$32-126
Per D30 payer
What we would run
  • A creator's own tracked link or code per placement, because aggregated store reporting will not tell you which cut produced the payment
  • The paywall shown on camera rather than a discount code read out, since the surprise charge is what gets a subscription cancelled
  • Day-30 retention wired back per creator, so the channel that recruits refunds stops getting rebooked
AI tools and copilots · TARGET
Daily users, measured in paid seats
$7-18K/mo$107-380 per paying seat+
Task
Get a paid seat out of a category where the same audience has been sold four competitors this month, using people whose reputation is the thing at risk.

What we would run
  • Creators with a reputation to lose rather than accounts that review whatever launched this week
  • Head-to-head prompts run in public, including the ones where the product comes second
  • Every paid seat traced back to the asset that started it, with the free-credit cost counted against it

Build a live audience for a crypto bot. Tier-1 GEOs, quality subscribers only. A paid subscription tool bought by one person with a card and nobody to talk to, which is the shape of this entire page. Nutra
Nutra - TikTok UGC creators
$512Kx2.58 ROI+
Task
Supplement sales on tier-1 markets. Priority: a high approve rate. $512K spent on a subscription where the money arrived after the acquisition event rather than at it. Renewals past the refund window decided whether the campaign worked, which is precisely the number a self-serve funnel has to be bought on.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Self-serve software is not a restricted category, so none of this is about clearing review, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a policy problem you do not have. The problem here is harder than a rate card. Your buyer never speaks to anybody, which means a creator finishing a real job in your product on camera is the only demonstration they will ever sit through, and a flat-fee mention is not a demonstration. So the audit asks whether the audience is real, whether it works in countries you can actually bill, and whether it can afford the plan - a channel full of students is a poor place to sell a ninety-nine dollar seat, however large it is. Then comes credibility, because this audience can tell inside a sentence whether the person on camera actually used the thing, and a brief asking for praise buys a comment section correcting your pricing. We brief real jobs, switching logs and comparisons with the parts that went wrong left in. Measurement is the other half. On the app side, ATT opt-in has sat around twenty-seven per cent on AppsFlyer's own count, so a creator's own tracked link or code often carries more signal than the platform reporting does, and we would rather pay on subscribers who keep paying than on views. Two of the six cards above do very little for parts of this list and they say so on the card rather than in the small print. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise: Crypto Trading Bot, a paid subscription tool bought with a card and no conversation, and Nutra - Weight Management, where the renewals rather than the first charge carried the money. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
