How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
eCommerce declares nothing and every platform will book you a creator tomorrow, so nothing on this page is about permission. It is about what you are actually buying. The standard deal in this category is a flat fee, a gifted parcel and a discount code, and the code is both the payment and the measurement, which is the whole problem - a code is scraped onto voucher sites and coupon extensions within days, where it sits at a checkout the shopper had already reached and collects orders no creator caused. That is the same double-claim your paid channels run, only cheaper to prove, so we replace shared codes with a tracked link per creator and run a code-free window or a held-out region when the argument is worth settling. The second thing we change is the unit. A creator who gets sizing or expectations wrong looks excellent for three weeks and then the parcels come back, and the National Retail Federation put returns at 19.3 per cent of online orders in 2025, so we ask to be judged on the order that survives the return window. Everything else is housekeeping that most budgets skip: audit the audience for whether it can even receive your parcel, buy the usage rights before the shoot so a winner can keep running as a whitelisted ad instead of coming down, and get the disclosure right first time, because a comment section that works out it was an undisclosed ad costs more than the post earned. We are also blunt about reach. Two of the six channels above do very little for a general store and the cards say so rather than the small print. On track record, the creator case closest to you is our own and it is genuinely consumer commerce - Nutra - TikTok UGC creators at $512K in spend and x2.58 return, where the first order was a cost and the repeat order was the business - alongside Investment Platform - YouTube integrations at $435K and x3.14, where partners were paid on the conversion that carried the money rather than on reach. Our own ecommerce write-ups are paid-media accounts on the growth-partner page, not creator programmes, and we will not present them as creator proof. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
