Most KOL deals
sell nothing.

Influencer & creator marketing for travel & hospitality - hotels and resorts, tour operators, vacation rentals, cruise and expedition, and destination marketing. This is the one category where every creator will say yes, which is exactly why most programmes here are a queue of free stays and nothing else. We book creators audited on the markets you actually sell into, on deals tied to the guest who checks in.

Everyone will come for free. Almost none of them bring anybody.

Why flat shoutouts fail

Reach without a verified audience and a tracked deal is just a screenshot. Here's the gap.

92%
act on a recommendation
Word-of-mouth still beats every ad format - a KOL is word-of-mouth at scale.
49%
of followers can be fake
On accounts that bought growth - you pay for reach that never existed.
67%
of KOL budget is wasted
On unvetted audiences and flat-fee deals with zero tracking.
11x

When the audience is verified and the KOL is on a performance deal.
71%
of buyers trust creators
Your audience trusts a creator's word over a brand's ad copy.
5x
cheaper signups
A vetted creator on CPA often beats cold paid social on cost per signup.

How we work

What we actually do

One team owns the whole KOL funnel - from sourcing the right creator to the tracked deposit.

Sourcing & vetting
We shortlist creators per platform and vertical, then bot-audit followers, engagement and GEO before outreach.
Deal negotiation
We negotiate rates and - where the creator is open to it - move deals onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms. How far we can push depends on the KOL's tier and your project's stage; flat-fee-only names get capped spend and tracked links.
$8K? CPA
Briefs & creative
Per-platform briefs and hooks - threads, integrations, stream scripts and UGC that read native and stay compliant.
Aa
Tracking & attribution
Unique links and promo codes per KOL, wired to your CRM - so every deposit maps back to the creator that drove it.
Campaign management
We run the calendar, chase deliverables, verify posts go live and shift budget to the creators that convert.
Dedicated KOL manager
One manager owns your roster and creator relationships - a real owner on your vertical, not a ticket queue.

Travel targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No travel or hospitality creator programme of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanics - a conversion counted only when money actually moved, and partners paid on the second visit rather than on reach. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Travel creators: what we would target

Turn creator content into guests who check in, from the source markets that actually have flights to you.

What we would run
  • Audience audited on source market and season before anyone is invited
  • The room type you actually sell filmed, at the prices you actually charge
  • Creators paid on stays, with a tracked booking link per creator per date range
Vacation rentals · TARGET
Assets you can run as paid for a year
$4-9K/mo$120-240 per usable asset+
Task
Build a library of property content that clears review, runs as paid creative and does not go stale after one season.
Modelled on $4-9K/mo · first honest read at 45 days

$120-240

Assets per quarter

What we would run
  • Usage rights bought upfront, because content you cannot run as paid is a rental not an asset
  • Total price including cleaning stated in the content, so the fee at checkout stops killing bookings
  • Winners rerun as paid into the markets each home actually attracts
Destination marketing · TARGET
Arrivals a board can attribute
$10-25K/mo$7-16 per attributed arrival+
Task
Use creators to move visitors into the parts of the region that need them, and report it in a form an auditor accepts.

What we would run
  • Creators briefed onto named itineraries in the areas with a dispersal target, not the coast
  • Local operators written into the content, so the businesses funding it appear in it
  • Attribution by creator and by area, reported in a format an audit committee accepts

Task
Launch a new casino brand into the LatAm market. Real volume needed, fast. Same mechanic a hotel or an operator lives with: the first conversion is free, reversible and proves nothing, and only the second event carries money - a deposit there, a guest who actually checks in here. Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

How do you know a creator's audience is real? +
Before a cent moves, we audit followers, engagement quality, comment authenticity and GEO on every creator. Bought or bot-heavy audiences get cut. You only pay for reach that's actually real and matched to your offer.
Do you put KOLs on CPA / RevShare, not just flat fees? +
Wherever the creator will take it, yes. We push KOLs onto CPA, RevShare or hybrid terms so they have skin in the game. Some top names only do flat fees - there we cap spend, track every link and drop anyone who doesn't convert. Our own fee is a monthly retainer - the performance terms are between you and the creators we sign.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Travel is not a special ad category, so nothing here is a policy problem. This vertical has the opposite difficulty to most: every creator will say yes to a free stay, which means the inbox is full and almost none of it is worth buying. Three filters do the work. The first is the source market - a large audience that cannot reach you, or cannot get a flight in your season, contributes nothing, so the audit is geographic and seasonal before it looks at engagement. The second is what gets filmed. A comped suite, a closed restaurant and an empty beach produce content that no viewer can actually buy, and it generates the arrival that writes the disappointed review. We brief the room you sell, the menu prices you charge and the walk timed honestly. The third is the deal itself - flat fees paid whether anyone books or not are the norm here, so we buy usage rights, run the winner as paid, and pay on stays rather than on reach. Where a channel does not work we say so, including turning down streaming packages that were never going to fill a room. Destination clients we treat differently again, because a board needs attribution it can put in front of an auditor. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise. On the call we will tell you which of your current creators we would rebook and which we would not.
How fast can we start? +
First activations are usually live within days of kickoff, once the roster is vetted and signed. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh creators are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget for a KOL campaign? +
Test batches start around $10k - enough for several vetted creators and real signal on what converts. We'd rather start small and scale winners than burn a big budget on one big name.
Who owns the content creators produce? +
Usage rights are written into every deal before it's signed - including whitelisting, so winning posts can run as paid ads from the creator's handle. No "extra license fee" surprises after the post performs.
How do you measure success? +
Per-creator links and promo codes wired to your funnel. You see signups, deposits and CPA per KOL - not a reach screenshot. Weak creators get cut, winners get scaled.
What if a creator ghosts or misses deliverables? +
It happens - that's why deliverables and deadlines are contracted, payouts are milestone-based, and the roster always has a vetted replacement ready. Your campaign doesn't hinge on one person's mood.
