Classic marketing
is dead.

Performance marketing for solar & home efficiency - residential solar, battery storage, heat pumps, insulation and EV charging. Nothing here is a Special Ad Category, so your targeting is intact. That is the problem: every installer in the county can advertise too, a decade of lead farms has taught the homeowner to assume you are lying, and the only number that pays your crews is cost per signed contract, counted after the survey.

The signature is not the finish line. The cancellation comes after it.

Cases

Solar targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No solar or home efficiency campaign of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - Pharma, where creative cleared a reviewer before a buyer saw it, and Investment Platform, where the cheap first conversion was worth nothing and only the second gate paid. The units are deliberately not ROAS. An installer is bounded by crew capacity and a service territory, so the numbers here are cost per attended survey and cost per contract that survives to install. Those two real cases are underneath, with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Solar: what we would target
Residential solar · TARGET
Signed contracts, not lead volume
$20-50K/mo$950-2,400 per signed contract+
Task
Buy the homeowners who will let a surveyor onto the roof, in a category where a bought lead answers the phone less than half the time.
Modelled on $20-50K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$950-2,400 per signed contract
$280-520
Cost / attended survey
22-30%
Survey→signed
$950-2,400
Per signed contract
What we would run
  • Bidding bounded by the service territory and the roof types the crews can actually take, so the click outside it never happens
  • Savings and payback carried as a model built on the homeowner's own bills, because a figure in the headline is what gets the account reviewed
  • Signature and post-signature cancellation both read back from your CRM, so bidding optimises on contracts that survive to install
Heat pumps · TARGET
Installs against a window with a real date on it
$10-25K/mo$480-1,200 per signed installation+
Task
Convert the boiler that just failed and the scheme that is genuinely closing, without inventing either one.
Modelled on $10-25K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result
$480-1,200 per signed installation
$180-340
Cost / attended survey
28-38%
Survey→signed
$480-1,200
Per signed install
What we would run
  • Budget weighted to the cold weeks and the published scheme dates rather than spread flat across the year
  • The scheme quoted in its own wording, so the urgency in the ad is one you can point at instead of one we wrote
  • The heat-loss survey set as the conversion event, never the eligibility checker, because eligibility is not intent
EV charging · TARGET
Depot surveys, not sustainability enquiries
$12-30K/mo$820-2,600 per booked site survey+
Task
Reach the fleet and property operators who own a depot with a real charging problem, and keep homeowner traffic out of the same account.
Modelled on $12-30K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$820-2,600 per booked site survey
$180-360
Cost / lead
14-22%
Lead→site survey
$820-2,600
Per site survey
What we would run
  • Home installs and depot work split into separate accounts, because they share a keyword and nothing else
  • Grid capacity asked as a qualifying question in the funnel rather than discovered in the third meeting
  • Opportunity stage pulled from your CRM into bidding, because a procurement cycle outlives any attribution window

$435Kx3.14 ROI+
Task
Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same mechanic an installer runs on: the enquiry is free to give and worth nothing to have, and the whole budget is justified by the few that reach the second gate - a funded account there, a contract still standing after the cancellation window here.

Task
Drive qualified consultations for a licensed online pharmacy brand - within platform health-ad policy. Same constraint a savings claim runs into: a reviewer reads the copy long before a homeowner does, so the case has to be built out of the buyer's own numbers and the process rather than out of the figure everyone instinctively puts in the headline.

The questions you're actually asking

What if it doesn't work? +
Then we're not doing our job. We work in short cycles and put real numbers in front of you - FTDs, CPA, ROAS - from the first weeks. If the trend isn't there, you'll know fast and you can walk. No 12-month lock-in to hide behind.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Solar is not one of Meta's Special Ad Categories, so nothing is stripped out of your targeting. Anyone can advertise here, and that is precisely the difficulty - every installer in the county can too, and a decade of lead farms has taught the homeowner to assume the ad is lying before it finishes loading. What is policed is the claim. Savings, payback periods, bill reductions and anything phrased as free or fully funded get read closely, and the fastest way to lose an account is a figure in a headline the landing page cannot substantiate. Finance is worth flagging on its own: the installation is not a credit product, but an ad whose offer is the loan rather than the system reads as a credit offer, and we declare that one rather than find out later. Underneath the policy sits arithmetic nobody enjoys reporting. A bought lead runs $80-300 depending on the market, most of them never answer, and the number that pays your crews is cost per signed contract counted after the survey - then counted again after the cancellation window closes. Our published work is in verticals under the same two pressures - Pharma, where a reviewer read every line before a buyer did, and Investment Platform, where a cheap enquiry was worth nothing and only the funded outcome counted. Neither is an installer and we will not pretend otherwise. Solar we would run as a test, with appointment set, sit, signature and cancellation all read back out of your CRM from week one.
Who actually runs my account? +
The people on this page. A strategist, a media buyer and a creative lead - and Pavel reviews it before kickoff. You won't get handed to a junior the day after you sign.
How fast can we start seeing things? +
First creatives are usually live within 72 hours of kickoff. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh angles are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget to start? +
It depends on the vertical and GEO, but as a rule of thumb: paid campaigns start making sense from $5k/mo in media spend. Below that, start with the free audit - we'll tell you honestly whether paid is your channel right now or your money is better spent elsewhere.
Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data? +
Depends on the setup. In these verticals campaigns often run on our agency account structures - that's part of what keeps them durable. What never changes: full transparency. Every statistic, spend line and report is shared with you, and the creatives we build for you ship with you.
How do you report? +
A live dashboard you can open any day plus a weekly strategy call. You see spend, CPA and ROAS the same way we do - no monthly PDF theater.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Standard practice - most of our clients are under NDA, which is exactly why the cases on this page have no brand names. Your project stays as quiet as you need it to be.
