Classic marketing
is dead.

Performance marketing for education - universities, private K-12, vocational and trade, language schools and online degrees. Nothing here is restricted and every platform will run you, which is why nobody warns you about the actual problem: the sector spends an average of $2,849 to enrol one student and fewer than half of institutions can produce that number for their own campus. The funnel leaks at three separate gates - enquiry, application, enrolment - and most reporting stops at the first one.

Intake dates do not move. A missed cycle costs a year, not a quarter.

Cases

Education targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No university, school or college campaign of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - Investment Platform, where the cheap first conversion was worth nothing and only the second gate paid, and Sportsbook, where the money had to land against dates that could not be moved. The units are deliberately not ROAS. The sector's own benchmark is cost per enrolled student, and fewer than half of institutions measure it. Those two real cases are underneath, with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Education: what we would target
Universities · TARGET
Enrolments, not prospectus downloads
$25-60K/mo$1,200-2,600 per enrolled student+
Task
Fill postgraduate seats against a deadline that does not move, and report a cost per enrolled student instead of a cost per brochure request. The sector average for a graduate place is $3,804.
Modelled on $25-60K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result

$130-180
Cost / enquiry

Enquiry→enrolled
$1,200-2,600
Per enrolment
What we would run
  • Enrolment pulled from the student record as the conversion event, never the enquiry form
  • Spend curve shaped to the intake calendar instead of divided evenly across twelve months
  • Reporting per course, because a faculty average hides the programme that is failing
Online degrees · TARGET
Students who start, not enquiries who browse
$20-45K/mo$540-1,200 per enrolled student+
Task
Buy always-on demand for rolling intakes and get paid on the people who actually start a module, at an acquisition cost that stays under a tenth of first-year tuition.
Modelled on $20-45K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result
$540-1,200 per enrolled student
$70-120
Cost / enquiry
10-13%
Enquiry→enrolled
$540-1,200
Per enrolment
What we would run
  • Start of study confirmed in the student system as the conversion, never the enquiry
  • Weekly hours, total cost and completion rate stated in the ad so the wrong applicant self-selects out
  • Payback tracked per cohort against first-year tuition, with the ceiling agreed before spend starts
Private K-12 · TARGET
Places accepted, not interest registered
$8-18K/mo$1,000-2,500 per accepted place+
Task
Fill the visit list with families inside the catchment who can carry the fees, and count places accepted rather than forms filled in.
Modelled on $8-18K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result
$1,000-2,500 per accepted place
$90-150
Cost / attended visit
6-9%
Visit→accepted place
$1,000-2,500
Per accepted place
What we would run
  • Fees and the real annual cost stated in the ad, so the unaffordable enquiry never costs a click
  • Attended visits as the conversion event, because a registration that does not turn up is not a lead
  • Current families handled as a retention list rather than bought again as cold catchment demand

Sportsbook - EU matchday scaling

Task
Acquire bettors for a new sports-betting brand across tier-1 EU. Scale FTDs around big fixtures without blowing up CPA. Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

What if it doesn't work? +
Then we're not doing our job. We work in short cycles and put real numbers in front of you - FTDs, CPA, ROAS - from the first weeks. If the trend isn't there, you'll know fast and you can walk. No 12-month lock-in to hide behind.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Education is not a restricted category and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up. Nothing is declared, nothing is stripped from your targeting and every platform will run you from day one. The difficulty is somewhere else entirely. The sector spends an average of $2,849 to enrol one student and only around 43% of institutions track that number at all, so most accounts are optimised to prospectus downloads while the money is decided three gates later. On top of that the calendar is fixed by somebody who does not work in marketing: a budget released in July for a September intake has already missed the people who applied in February, and being six weeks late costs a whole cycle rather than a month. Then there is the committee. Faculty will argue about the photography while the deadline runs, and the programmes with capacity are rarely the programmes with the loudest advocates. We fix the measurement first: enrolment read back from your student record as the conversion event, reporting per course rather than per faculty, and a spend curve shaped to the intake calendar. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise. What transfers is Investment Platform, where the cheap first conversion was worth nothing and only the second gate paid, and Sportsbook, where the whole budget had to land against dates nobody could move. Education itself we would run as a test with your CRM and student record wired in from week one, and we would say that on the call rather than after the invoice.
Who actually runs my account? +
The people on this page. A strategist, a media buyer and a creative lead - and Pavel reviews it before kickoff. You won't get handed to a junior the day after you sign.
How fast can we start seeing things? +
First creatives are usually live within 72 hours of kickoff. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh angles are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget to start? +
It depends on the vertical and GEO, but as a rule of thumb: paid campaigns start making sense from $5k/mo in media spend. Below that, start with the free audit - we'll tell you honestly whether paid is your channel right now or your money is better spent elsewhere.
Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data? +
Depends on the setup. In these verticals campaigns often run on our agency account structures - that's part of what keeps them durable. What never changes: full transparency. Every statistic, spend line and report is shared with you, and the creatives we build for you ship with you.
How do you report? +
A live dashboard you can open any day plus a weekly strategy call. You see spend, CPA and ROAS the same way we do - no monthly PDF theater.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Standard practice - most of our clients are under NDA, which is exactly why the cases on this page have no brand names. Your project stays as quiet as you need it to be.
