Classic marketing
is dead.

Performance marketing for manufacturing & industrial - contract manufacturing, industrial equipment, components & parts, automation & robotics and industrial services. Nothing here is restricted and no platform is going to block you. The problem is that a qualified lead in this sector runs anywhere from $82 to over $1,000 depending on what you make, so nobody can tell you whether your number is good or catastrophic - and the quote that pays for the year takes four months to arrive.

Nobody has told you what a lead should cost here, so every number sounds reasonable.

Cases

Manufacturing targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No manufacturing or industrial campaign of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - Investment Platform and Forex Broker, both bought on the conversion behind the conversion rather than on the cheapest form fill. The units are deliberately not ROAS. A capital sale with a four-month cycle is measured in quotes issued and in orders won against them. Those two real cases are underneath, with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Manufacturing: what we would target
Contract manufacturing · TARGET
Issued RFQs, not contact forms
$12-30K/mo$370-790 per issued RFQ+
Task
Buy prints from buyers who are actively sourcing, and stop reporting a contact-form number your estimators have already stopped reading.

$370-790
Per issued RFQ
What we would run
  • The issued RFQ wired in as the conversion event, with the contact form kept as a diagnostic and nothing more
  • Capability, tolerance range and quote turnaround carried by the creative, because that is what a sourcing buyer is actually shopping for
  • Quote and won-order stages read back from your system into bidding, so the platform optimises on work you can price
Industrial equipment · TARGET
Capital enquiries that survive the budget
$20-45K/mo$1.9-4.2K per qualified enquiry+
Task
Reach a capital buyer who is not in the market yet, and prove the pipeline moved months before the purchase order exists.

What we would run
  • Reporting by account rather than by lead, because the engineer, the plant manager and the finance director are one deal
  • Dealer and rep outcomes reconciled monthly, so the leads you hand over stop disappearing into somebody else's system
  • Show attendance geo-fenced and badge scans matched against pipeline, so the stand finally has a number next to it
Industrial services · TARGET
Site visits, not enquiries
$8-20K/mo$250-540 per booked site visit+
Task
Book engineers onto sites that actually run your equipment, and report the visits that turn into contracts rather than the calls that turn into quotes.

What we would run
  • Targeting built on the equipment installed in a plant rather than on a radius drawn round a depot
  • Response commitment stated in the ad itself, because that is the one thing buyers compare
  • Contract conversions reported alongside call-outs, since the annuity is the whole point of the channel

Task
Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same arithmetic a manufacturer runs on: the cheap first conversion is a form fill and worth nothing by itself, and the whole budget is justified by the few that reach the second gate - a funded account there, an issued RFQ here.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

What if it doesn't work? +
Then we're not doing our job. We work in short cycles and put real numbers in front of you - FTDs, CPA, ROAS - from the first weeks. If the trend isn't there, you'll know fast and you can walk. No 12-month lock-in to hide behind.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Manufacturing is not a restricted category and we are not going to invent one to make this page rhyme with the rest of the site. Nothing gets declared, nothing is stripped out of your targeting, and every platform will run you tomorrow. The difficulty is elsewhere and it is worse. Published benchmarks put a lead in this sector anywhere between eighty dollars and over a thousand depending on what you make, with equipment enquiries above five hundred, so the first honest job is agreeing what a lead in your segment is actually worth before anybody reports a number against it. Then there is the distance. A mid-market cycle runs about four months and an enterprise one closer to seven, which is long enough for attribution to break twice over. Add a distributor or a rep who owns the relationship and closes it in a system yours never sees, and a trade show that quietly produced half the pipeline with nothing recorded against it, and the report on your desk is fiction by month three. So we fix the measurement before the media: the issued RFQ is the conversion rather than the contact form, quote and won-order stages come back out of your CRM into bidding, and the show gets tracked like a channel instead of defended like a tradition. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise - Investment Platform, where the cheap first conversion was worth nothing and only the second gate paid, and Forex Broker, where the funnel filled with people who would never qualify. Manufacturing itself we would run as a test with your quoting system wired in from week one.
Who actually runs my account? +
The people on this page. A strategist, a media buyer and a creative lead - and Pavel reviews it before kickoff. You won't get handed to a junior the day after you sign.
How fast can we start seeing things? +
First creatives are usually live within 72 hours of kickoff. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh angles are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget to start? +
It depends on the vertical and GEO, but as a rule of thumb: paid campaigns start making sense from $5k/mo in media spend. Below that, start with the free audit - we'll tell you honestly whether paid is your channel right now or your money is better spent elsewhere.
Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data? +
Depends on the setup. In these verticals campaigns often run on our agency account structures - that's part of what keeps them durable. What never changes: full transparency. Every statistic, spend line and report is shared with you, and the creatives we build for you ship with you.
How do you report? +
A live dashboard you can open any day plus a weekly strategy call. You see spend, CPA and ROAS the same way we do - no monthly PDF theater.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Standard practice - most of our clients are under NDA, which is exactly why the cases on this page have no brand names. Your project stays as quiet as you need it to be.
