Classic marketing
is dead.

Performance marketing for home services - HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control and locksmith work. The same lead was sold to three other vans, and only the job your crew completes pays for it. When something breaks a homeowner picks a name before a price, and cognitive triggers decide whose van is in the driveway.

Call back in an hour and the job belongs to somebody else.

Cases

Home services targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No home services campaign of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - Investment Platform, where the cheap first conversion was worth nothing and only the gate further down paid, and Sportsbook, where demand landed on dates nobody could move. The units are deliberately not ROAS and deliberately not cost per lead, because a form fill here is not a customer and a call your board cannot run today is not revenue. What gets counted is the booked appointment and the ticket that closed. Those two real cases are underneath, with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Home services: what we would target
HVAC · TARGET
Completed jobs, not phone calls
$12-30K/mo$80-200 per completed job+
Task
Buy the calls a dispatcher can actually put on today's board, in a category where the same lead has already been sold to three other vans.
Modelled on $12-30K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result
$80-200 per completed job
$40-80
Cost / 60-second call
40-50%
Call→completed job
$80-200
Per completed job
What we would run
  • The closed ticket wired back from your dispatch system as the conversion, with the sixty-second call kept as a diagnostic and nothing more
  • Budget moved by the weather and by the board rather than spread flat, because a freeze week and a mild week are not the same business
  • Service area bid by drive time instead of by radius, so the calls you pay for are ones a van can reach inside the window you promised
Roofing and restoration · TARGET
Signed roofs, not free inspections
$15-40K/mo$350-1,000 per signed job+
Task
Turn a storm week into signed work without paying for inspections that were only ever a free survey of the neighbourhood.
Modelled on $15-40K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$350-1,000 per signed job
$120-260
Cost / booked inspection
26-34%
Inspection→signed
$350-1,000
Per signed job
What we would run
  • Spend released by storm track and claim window rather than by calendar month, because the work is created in days and decided in weeks
  • The written scope and the photographs offered as the entry point, since an honest read on whether a claim exists is what the homeowner is short of
  • Signed contracts read back from your job system, so bidding stops paying for inspections that were never going to become work
Locksmith and garage door · TARGET
Completed call-outs, inside a verified account
$6-15K/mo$35-90 per completed call-out+
Task
Run the one trade here that Google verifies before it will show you at all, and win it on proof of identity rather than on the lowest number in the ad.
Modelled on $6-15K/mo · first honest read at 45 days
Target — not a delivered result
$35-90 per completed call-out
$22-46
Cost / answered call
52-64%
Answered→completed
$35-90
Per completed call-out
What we would run
  • Advanced verification completed before any budget is committed in the United States, and in Canada for locksmith, because an unverified account cannot serve an ad in this trade
  • Spain, Germany, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands planned as markets these ads cannot run in, with that budget moved to surfaces that will carry the trade
  • Licence number, registered name and a price agreed in writing carried in the creative, because the reader's first fear is what the bill becomes at the door

Task
Acquire bettors for a new sports-betting brand across tier-1 EU. Scale FTDs around big fixtures without blowing up CPA. The same clock, with one thing that makes it harder: a freeze or a hail storm creates a week of work nobody scheduled, and the crews who could not get to it cannot catch up on it afterwards, so the budget has to follow the weather rather than the month.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

What if it doesn't work? +
Then we're not doing our job. We work in short cycles and put real numbers in front of you - FTDs, CPA, ROAS - from the first weeks. If the trend isn't there, you'll know fast and you can walk. No 12-month lock-in to hide behind.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Home services is the rare case where both halves are true at once. Most of it will run tomorrow on every platform, and one corner of it genuinely will not. Google requires advanced verification for locksmith and garage door advertisers in the United States, and for locksmith in Canada. In Spain, Germany, Sweden and Belgium those ads do not run at all, and in the Netherlands that covers plumbers too. So if you sell emergency entry work, the map decides where you can buy at all before anyone asks a creative question. Everywhere else the harder problem is who owns the customer. A marketplace lead is a shared lead - the same address is sold three to five times, and the homeowner spends the afternoon being called by strangers. A Local Services Ads lead is Google's rather than yours, and your position in that unit answers partly to how fast somebody picks up the phone. Which is why the unit of measurement matters more here than almost anywhere we work. A form fill is not a customer and neither is a call that lasted eleven seconds. What counts is a call over sixty seconds, then a booked appointment, then a ticket that closed, and all three have to come back out of your dispatch and job system because no platform can see them. One more thing we say on the call rather than after the invoice: every cost per lead figure published in this sector comes from an agency rather than an audited body, so we will not quote you one and you should be careful with anybody who does. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise - Investment Platform, where the cheap first conversion was worth nothing and only the gate further down paid, and Sportsbook, where demand landed on dates nobody could move. Home services itself we would run as a test, with your call tracking and your dispatch board wired in from week one and spend bounded by the trucks you actually have.
Who actually runs my account? +
The people on this page. A strategist, a media buyer and a creative lead - and Pavel reviews it before kickoff. You won't get handed to a junior the day after you sign.
How fast can we start seeing things? +
First creatives are usually live within 72 hours of kickoff. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh angles are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget to start? +
It depends on the vertical and GEO, but as a rule of thumb: paid campaigns start making sense from $5k/mo in media spend. Below that, start with the free audit - we'll tell you honestly whether paid is your channel right now or your money is better spent elsewhere.
Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data? +
Depends on the setup. In these verticals campaigns often run on our agency account structures - that's part of what keeps them durable. What never changes: full transparency. Every statistic, spend line and report is shared with you, and the creatives we build for you ship with you.
How do you report? +
A live dashboard you can open any day plus a weekly strategy call. You see spend, CPA and ROAS the same way we do - no monthly PDF theater.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Standard practice - most of our clients are under NDA, which is exactly why the cases on this page have no brand names. Your project stays as quiet as you need it to be.
