Classic marketing
is dead.

Performance marketing for recruitment & staffing - agencies, RPO, executive search, blue-collar volume and freelance marketplaces. Meta files hiring under the Employment Special Ad Category, so the targeting is stripped before you write a word. And you are buying two markets at once - the company that pays the fee and the candidate who fills the role - usually out of one budget that serves neither.

Every job ad you run markets your client, not you.

Recruitment targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No recruitment or staffing campaign of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - Investment Platform and Forex Broker, both bought on the conversion behind the conversion, both under targeting we were not allowed to use. Those two real cases are underneath, with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Recruitment: what we would target
Agencies · TARGET
Client conversations, not candidate volume
$15-35K/mo$280-550 per qualified client call+
Task
Buy conversations with companies that have roles open now, and stop funding the candidate side out of the same budget.
Modelled on $15-35K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result
$280-550 per qualified client call
$60-110
CPL
18-26%
Lead→qualified
$280-550
Per client call
What we would run
  • Client demand and candidate supply split into separate accounts with separate budgets
  • Creative doing the qualifying that Employment-category targeting no longer can
  • Placement outcome pushed back from your CRM so it optimises on fees, not form fills
Blue-collar volume · TARGET
Starts, not applications
$20-50K/mo$90-170 per started shift+
Task
Fill the rota against a minimum radius wider than the commute, and stop paying for applications that never reach a first shift.
Modelled on $20-50K/mo · first honest read at 45 days
Target — not a delivered result
$90-170 per worker who starts
$14-24
Cost / applicant
14-20%
Applicant→start
$90-170
Per start
What we would run
  • Radius and shift pattern carried by the creative, since the targeting can no longer hold them
  • Pay rate and site on the ad itself, so the unqualified click never happens
  • Confirmed starts sent back as the conversion event, never the application
RPO · TARGET
Pipeline into a nine-month sale
$25-60K/mo$1,400-2,600 per opportunity+
Task
Get in front of a talent buying committee that is not searching yet, and prove it moved long before the contract closes.
Modelled on $25-60K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$1,400-2,600 per qualified opportunity
$180-340
Cost / lead
12-18%
Lead→opportunity
$1,400-2,600
Per opportunity
What we would run
  • Demand captured on the problem - cost per hire, time to fill - never on the acronym
  • Named-account reporting, because the buyer is a committee and not a person
  • Opportunity stage pulled from your CRM into bidding, because the sale outlives the click

Investment Platform

Task
Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same mechanic a staffing firm runs on: the first conversion is free and worth nothing, and only the second gate pays - a funded account there, a candidate the client actually hires here. Different market, identical maths.

Task
Bring traders to a broker platform. Minimum deposit $500. Same mechanic a recruiter runs on: restricted targeting per geo and a funnel that fills with people who will never qualify, so the creative has to do the filtering the segments used to do.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

What if it doesn't work? +
Then we're not doing our job. We work in short cycles and put real numbers in front of you - FTDs, CPA, ROAS - from the first weeks. If the trend isn't there, you'll know fast and you can walk. No 12-month lock-in to hide behind.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Recruitment is a declared category, so the honest answer starts with what you lose. Hiring campaigns sit in Meta's Employment Special Ad Category: you declare them, and age, gender, detailed interest targeting and lookalikes all come off the table, with a minimum location radius and no ZIP-code or exclusion targeting. Google treats employment the same way and blocks targeting on age, gender, parental status, marital status and postcode. None of that is something to route around - broad reach with creative that does the qualifying is how these accounts work now. The bigger mistake is upstream of the platform. Most firms point one budget at two markets, so the client ads read like job ads and the job ads read like brochures. We build them as two accounts with two numbers. Our published work is in verticals with the same shape - Investment Platform and Forex Broker, where a cheap lead and a funded account are different numbers under restricted targeting. Recruitment itself we would run as a test with your ATS and CRM outcomes wired back into bidding from day one, and we would say that on the call rather than after the invoice.
Who actually runs my account? +
The people on this page. A strategist, a media buyer and a creative lead - and Pavel reviews it before kickoff. You won't get handed to a junior the day after you sign.
How fast can we start seeing things? +
First creatives are usually live within 72 hours of kickoff. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh angles are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget to start? +
It depends on the vertical and GEO, but as a rule of thumb: paid campaigns start making sense from $5k/mo in media spend. Below that, start with the free audit - we'll tell you honestly whether paid is your channel right now or your money is better spent elsewhere.
Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data? +
Depends on the setup. In these verticals campaigns often run on our agency account structures - that's part of what keeps them durable. What never changes: full transparency. Every statistic, spend line and report is shared with you, and the creatives we build for you ship with you.
How do you report? +
A live dashboard you can open any day plus a weekly strategy call. You see spend, CPA and ROAS the same way we do - no monthly PDF theater.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Standard practice - most of our clients are under NDA, which is exactly why the cases on this page have no brand names. Your project stays as quiet as you need it to be.
