Classic marketing
is dead.

Performance marketing for professional services - accounting and audit, management consulting, insurance brokerage, architecture and engineering, and wealth advisory. What you sell is partner time and there is a fixed quantity of it, so a client outside your band is worse than an empty week rather than better than one. And the pipeline that has always fed the firm is referral, which means nobody in the building can tell you where the work came from.

The partners who have to front the marketing are the ones billing until nine.

Cases

Professional services targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No professional services campaign of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - Investment Platform, where only the second conversion carried any money, and Forex Broker, where what the creative was allowed to say was settled before a word of it was written. The units are deliberately not ROAS. A firm is bounded by the hours its partners have, so the numbers here are cost per qualified conversation and cost per accepted engagement. Those two real cases are underneath, with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Professional services: what we would target
Accounting & audit · TARGET
Clients inside the band you can actually serve
$6-18K/mo$900-1,880 per accepted client+
Task
Buy conversations with businesses in your turnover band and your sectors, and stop paying for fee-shoppers who would be write-offs by month four.
Modelled on $6-18K/mo · first honest read at 60 days
Target — not a delivered result
$900-1,880 per accepted client
$180-320
Cost / qualified conversation
17-20%
Conversation→accepted
$900-1,880
Per accepted client
What we would run
  • Turnover band, sector and accounting stack qualified in the creative, so the wrong-size enquiry never costs you a click
  • Fee bands published on the landing page, because the quote-shoppers then select themselves out for free
  • Accepted engagements read back from practice management as the conversion, never the contact form
Management consulting · TARGET
Committee mandates, visible before they close
$15-40K/mo$3,600-8,200 per signed mandate+
Task
Get in front of a buying committee that is not searching yet, and prove the pipeline moved months before anything is signed.
Modelled on $15-40K/mo · first honest read at 120 days
Target — not a delivered result
$3,600-8,200 per signed mandate
$470-740
Cost / qualified conversation
9-13%
Conversation→mandate
$3,600-8,200
Per mandate
What we would run
  • Demand bought on the problem the committee argues about internally, never on the practice name
  • Named-account reporting, because the buyer is five people and at least one of them will never fill in a form
  • The paid diagnostic treated as the conversion, since nobody signs the mandate off a first click
Wealth advisory · TARGET
Clients won without a single performance claim
$10-30K/mo$1,400-3,000 per onboarded client+
Task
Bring in suitable clients under rules that forbid the two proofs everybody else uses, and keep compliance ahead of the creative instead of behind it.
Modelled on $10-30K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
$1,400-3,000 per onboarded client
$240-420
Cost / booked meeting
14-17%
Meeting→onboarded
$1,400-3,000
Per client
What we would run
  • Every asset routed through compliance before it runs, with the sign-off dated and kept
  • The offer built out of published fees and stated process, because performance and testimonials are off the table
  • Investable-asset band qualified before the meeting, so the diary fills with clients the firm can actually take on

Investment Platform
$435Kx3.14 ROI+
Task
Bring investors with a $1,000 minimum deposit. Quality over quantity. Same constraint a partner-led firm buys against: the enquiry costs nothing to give and is worth nothing to have, and the whole budget is justified by the few that reach the second gate - a funded account there, an accepted engagement here. It is also the case that taught us to stop optimising towards the cheap first conversion.

Task
Bring traders to a broker platform. Minimum deposit $500. Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

What if it doesn't work? +
Then we're not doing our job. We work in short cycles and put real numbers in front of you - FTDs, CPA, ROAS - from the first weeks. If the trend isn't there, you'll know fast and you can walk. No 12-month lock-in to hide behind.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Professional services is not one of Meta's Special Ad Categories, so nothing is stripped out of your targeting, and only part of this sector is regulated on advertising at all. Where it is, it bites hard. Wealth advisory in most regimes cannot lead on past performance and is fenced in or flatly barred on testimonials, which removes the two proofs every other industry builds its creative out of, so the offer has to be made from published fees, stated process and what you will not do. Accounting, audit and insurance broking carry lighter rules that still catch firms out, usually an independence claim in an audit ad or a whole-of-market claim a broker cannot evidence. The harder problem is not policy. You sell partner time, there is a fixed quantity of it, and a client outside your size band or your sectors costs you more in write-offs and goodwill than the empty week would have. So the job is not more leads. It is fewer and better-fitting ones, plus a way to finally see the referral pipeline that has carried the firm for twenty years and has never once appeared in a report. Our published work is in verticals with the same shape - Investment Platform, where a cheap enquiry was worth nothing and only the funded outcome paid, and Forex Broker, where what the creative was allowed to say was settled before it was written. Neither is a professional services firm and we will not pretend otherwise. This we would run as a test, with your CRM and practice management wired back into bidding so the model optimises on accepted engagements rather than on contact forms.
Who actually runs my account? +
The people on this page. A strategist, a media buyer and a creative lead - and Pavel reviews it before kickoff. You won't get handed to a junior the day after you sign.
How fast can we start seeing things? +
First creatives are usually live within 72 hours of kickoff. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh angles are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget to start? +
It depends on the vertical and GEO, but as a rule of thumb: paid campaigns start making sense from $5k/mo in media spend. Below that, start with the free audit - we'll tell you honestly whether paid is your channel right now or your money is better spent elsewhere.
Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data? +
Depends on the setup. In these verticals campaigns often run on our agency account structures - that's part of what keeps them durable. What never changes: full transparency. Every statistic, spend line and report is shared with you, and the creatives we build for you ship with you.
How do you report? +
A live dashboard you can open any day plus a weekly strategy call. You see spend, CPA and ROAS the same way we do - no monthly PDF theater.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Standard practice - most of our clients are under NDA, which is exactly why the cases on this page have no brand names. Your project stays as quiet as you need it to be.
