Classic marketing
is dead.

Performance marketing for luxury & high-AOV ecommerce - fine jewellery, watches, designer fashion, authenticated pre-owned and collectibles. The discount, the countdown and the low-stock badge all lift conversion here, and each of them devalues the object you just sold. So the work is cognitive triggers the buyer reads as taste, not as a deal.

Fifty orders a month is not a data set. It is a client list.

Cases

Luxury ecom targets, and the real cases behind them

Tap a case - we'll show the details. Figures are from live campaigns; brand names withheld under NDA. No luxury or high-AOV ecommerce campaign of ours is published yet, so the targets below are modelled from two live cases that share the mechanic rather than the market - Nutra - Weight Management, where the reported checkout was not the outcome and the repeat cohort carried the account, and Pharma - Compliant Acquisition, where the creative had to survive a policy that ends accounts. The unit is deliberately not ROAS: at these order values a strong month is a few dozen orders, so a ROAS figure is arithmetic on a sample far too small to steer anything. Those two real cases are underneath, with their true verticals on them. Full portfolio across every vertical →

Modelled targets, not delivered results. The ranges below are projections. The real campaigns they are modelled on sit underneath, with their actual verticals and figures on them.
Luxury ecom: what we would target
Fine jewellery · TARGET
Kept first orders, not checkouts
€25-60K/mo€540-1,050 per kept first order+
Task
Buy the buyer who is choosing a stone rather than hunting a code, and stop scaling the account against checkouts that have not yet survived the return window.
Modelled on €25-60K/mo · first honest read at 120 days
Target — not a delivered result
€540-1,050 per kept first order
€480-900
Cost / first order
9-15%
Returned or cancelled
€540-1,050
Per kept first order
What we would run
  • The kept order net of returns wired in as the conversion event, with the checkout kept as a diagnostic and nothing more
  • Blended MER for the whole account as the steering number, because a ROAS column built on a few dozen orders moves on noise
  • Provenance, the grading report and a resale figure carried in the creative, since a countdown here reprices the object it is selling
Watches · TARGET
A multi-week decision on a seven-day window
€20-50K/mo€680-1,550 per kept first order+
Task
Reach a buyer who already knows what the reference trades at, and prove the campaign closed a sale that landed three weeks after the last click the platform will admit to.
Modelled on €20-50K/mo · first honest read at 120 days
Target — not a delivered result
€680-1,550 per kept first order
€620-1,400
Cost / first order
6-11%
Returned or cancelled
€680-1,550
Per kept first order
What we would run
  • Consideration measured against the real cycle rather than the platform's, which tops out at seven days on Meta and cannot see the sale it caused
  • Creative built on the reference and its condition rather than on the brand, because the buyer is shopping one serial number and not a catalogue
  • Service history, papers and auction comparables published in the ad, so price stops being the only variable left to compete on
Authenticated pre-owned · TARGET
The account is the asset
€15-40K/mo€140-320 per kept first order+
Task
Scale a catalogue Google polices harder than anything else you sell, on margins that will absorb neither a wave of returns nor a suspension.
Modelled on €15-40K/mo · first honest read at 90 days
Target — not a delivered result
€140-320 per kept first order
€120-260
Cost / first order
12-20%
Returned or refunded
€140-320
Per kept first order
What we would run
  • Listing and feed hygiene treated as media work, because the counterfeit goods policy is enforced on detection with no warning first and reinstatement is rare
  • Authentication documented inside the creative and the listing rather than asserted in a badge every competitor is also running
  • Kept orders net of refunds as the unit, with the ninety-day repeat cohort reported beside it rather than folded into it

$512Kx2.58 ROI+
Task
Supplement sales on tier-1 markets. Priority: a high approve rate. Same trap a jewellery or fashion account falls into: the platform reports a checkout, and the business only learns weeks later whether the box came back, so the media gets scaled against the wrong event and the ninety-day cohort is where the money actually shows up.

Pharma
Pharma - Compliant Acquisition
$62Kx4.17 ROI+
Task
Drive qualified consultations for a licensed online pharmacy brand - within platform health-ad policy. Same stake a pre-owned or parallel-import dealer carries: one line of creative or one listing decides whether the account is still there tomorrow, so the work is proving compliance inside the ad rather than finding a route around the policy.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking

What if it doesn't work? +
Then we're not doing our job. We work in short cycles and put real numbers in front of you - FTDs, CPA, ROAS - from the first weeks. If the trend isn't there, you'll know fast and you can walk. No 12-month lock-in to hide behind.
Do you actually work in regulated categories? +
Luxury is not a special ad category and nothing comes off your targeting, but one policy here ends accounts rather than ads. Where any of the inventory is pre-owned or grey-market, Google's counterfeit goods policy is enforced on detection with no prior warning, and Google's own wording allows reinstatement only in compelling circumstances - so authentication and listing hygiene are media work on this page, sitting in the same budget line as creative. The second problem is arithmetic. At a €6,500 order value a €300,000 month is roughly fifty orders, and nothing learns from fifty events, so the ROAS column is a number anyone can read as good news. Meta's click window tops out at seven days against a decision that runs weeks, which means the platform is structurally unable to see the sale it caused. So we buy on cost per kept first order net of returns, read against blended MER for the whole account, with a ninety-day repeat cohort behind it, and we name the channels we cannot attribute rather than quietly crediting them to the last click. The third is the creative, and it is the part the mass-ecom playbook gets exactly backwards. Discount, urgency and volume badges do lift this month, and every one of them reprices the object - a buyer who has seen you at 30% off does not pay full price again, and neither does the resale market. Our published work is in other verticals and we will not pretend otherwise: Nutra - Weight Management, a direct-to-consumer account where the reported checkout was not the outcome and the repeat cohort carried the media, and Pharma - Compliant Acquisition, where one line of creative decided whether the account survived. Luxury itself we would run as a test with your returns and repeat data wired in from week one.
Who actually runs my account? +
The people on this page. A strategist, a media buyer and a creative lead - and Pavel reviews it before kickoff. You won't get handed to a junior the day after you sign.
How fast can we start seeing things? +
First creatives are usually live within 72 hours of kickoff. We move fast on purpose - in these verticals, momentum and fresh angles are most of the game.
What's the minimum budget to start? +
It depends on the vertical and GEO, but as a rule of thumb: paid campaigns start making sense from $5k/mo in media spend. Below that, start with the free audit - we'll tell you honestly whether paid is your channel right now or your money is better spent elsewhere.
Who owns the ad accounts, creatives and data? +
Depends on the setup. In these verticals campaigns often run on our agency account structures - that's part of what keeps them durable. What never changes: full transparency. Every statistic, spend line and report is shared with you, and the creatives we build for you ship with you.
How do you report? +
A live dashboard you can open any day plus a weekly strategy call. You see spend, CPA and ROAS the same way we do - no monthly PDF theater.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Standard practice - most of our clients are under NDA, which is exactly why the cases on this page have no brand names. Your project stays as quiet as you need it to be.
